PANIC HELP!!!!

Following the Tonymacx86 recommendation, I made 2 CDs, one with tonymacx86-P55BootCD.iso And an alternate Boot CD the MSI version tonymacx86-P55BootCD-MSI When I get to the iboot screen I click on iboot and get the short page of text with PANIC message. Second attempt, at the iboot screen, I put in the snow leopard DVD and hit F5 (tried -x safe mode as well), then I get a long scroll of text ending with the similar PANIC screen. How can I get past the Panic screen? Need to adjust bios? need a new BOOT CD? Any help would be appreciated. I have 14 days to return my i7 MB combo deal to Frys, So I'd really like to get this running. Thanks! Post here or at my thread on Tonymacx86. search for MSI P55.

MSI P55-GD55 i7 860 Snow Leopard OSX Project

I need help in setting the bios to be able to boot to install Snow Leopard 1.6.X DVD. I read on Tonymacx86, at least one successful install of Snow Leopard. And at least a couple installs on the similar MSI P55-GD65, which ads a second ethernet, a couple more SATA, and one firewire. But essentially the same board. This is the Bios screen (updated to current 1.3) for my MSI P55-GD55 Motherboard, i7 860, Galexy GT240, 4 GB DDR3 Corsair RAM.
